Step 1: Marketing to other REALTORS® is the single most important thing I can do to sell your home.

  • Over 85% of homebuyers use a real estate agent to purchase their home.
  • 4515 homes are on the market today in the tri-city area.
  • The average homebuyer will look at 10 or more homes before buying.
How can I increase the odds that your home is one of the 10 homes that will be shown?
By marketing effectively to other REALTORS®!
I'll accomplish that by using the following strategies:
  • Together we'll determine what are your homes best features.
  • I'll make sure that my advertising really focuses on those things. I'll do that with the photos I take and with the words I use to describe your home.
  • Within just 24 hours, I'll put together a photo gallery and ad copy that will be entered on the MLS. (I can't stress enough the importance of proper marketing on the MLS. This will be the "initial" showing of your property. And from that listing, 1697 REALTORS® in the Prescott area will decide whether or not to show your property to their prospective Buyers.)
  • Another way I'll market your home to other REALTORS® is with flyers that will be hand delivered to their offices, notifying them of the "hot new listing" on the market.
  • I will also show your property to the ERA agents in my office on our weekly listing tour. That way they'll have your property in mind if they have a Buyer who is looking for a home like yours!
